1 Day: SUCRE – CHATAQUILLA
– CHAUNACA
After the breakfast in the Hotel in Sucre around 8am, we will
take our bus and drive to Chataquilla 3726 masl. for about
2 hours, then we will start our trekking to visit the Church
of Chacatilla made of stones dedicated to the Virgin of Chacatilla
from here we will apreciate the Cordilelra de los Frailes
which will be in front of Us. then we will continue with trekking
for about 4 hours by the pre-hispanic path passing and visiting
the rupetrian pints and plenty of vegetation, we will have
lodge in the locals home, dinner and overnight.
2 Day: CHAUNACA – MARAGUA
in the morning we will start the trek, and hike to the crater
Maragua 3100 masl. geologic characters, where we can observe
the San Antonio River, and a change in the vegetation, we
will take 5 hours to sorround the crater to arrive at the
same village, we will have lodge in the local people's house.
3 Day: MARAGUA – PURUNQUILA – SUCRE
this day we will start our hiking, by the small valley and
continue walking down and arrive to the viallage of Purunquila
3000masl. we will need five hours for hiking in the rocky
mountain area, then in the late afternoon we will back to
Sucre transfer to the selected hotel dinner and overnight
in Sucre.
