1 Day: LA PAZ – TUTURALPAMPA
– TREK - TUTURAL PAMPA
Morning breakfast in the hotel in La Paz, and then we will
aboard the bus around 9am and drive to Ventilla village, then
to the place called Tuturalpampa, wonderful place situated
between the two mountains of Illimani and Mururata, from Tuturalpamapa
we will start trekking, we will hike passing several lakes
until the base Mururata mountain then descent until Tuturalpampa
7 hours hiking, then here we will set our camping place, dinner
and overnight camping, optional ovenight in the local people's
house.
2 Day: TUTURALPAMPA – MINA AGUILA
energetic breakfast in the morning, then start trekking by
the skirts of Illimani mountain, national symbol of Bolivia,
we will reach the pass of Illimani at 4800masl from here we
wioll have nice views of the Mountains of Illimani and Mururata,
then we will start to descend until closer to the ancient
mine Aguila 4400 masl. here we will set our camping place,
dinner and overnight camping.
3 Day: MINA AGUILA – PUENTE ROTO
today we will have ancient trail and we will walk a long this
trail, until the mine where is located in the base of Illimani,
we will be closer to the glacier after 6 hours walking aprox
we will get the base camp of Illimani, which is used for climbing
too called Puente Roto 4700masl. dinner and overnight camping.
4 Day: PUENTE ROTO – PINAYA – LA PAZ
after the breakfast in the camp site we will start walking
down and until the village called Pinaya, here our bus will
be waiting for us and take us back to La Paz, trasnfer direct
to the selected Hotel, dinner and overnight.
